Lavender U-Cut
**Lavender U-Cut and bouquets are currently not available until we see how much bloom we will have this year.**
Nothing is more soothing than sitting in a field of purple, and working with lavender plants. It's difficult for me to work quickly when cutting large quantities for oil. It lulls me into a calm state as I move the stems and release the fragrance. Grab a pair of scissors and enjoy the relaxing experience of cutting your own lavender bundles to bring home.
Choose french varieties for bouquets with long stems and large flower spikes. English can be dried for culinary use or a sweet delicately scented sachet.

Lavender Treats
Lavender lemonade, cold brew coffee and baked treats! All great ways to experience the culinary lavender- English Lavender. We grow three varieties of English lavender. My favorite to bake with is called Royal Velvet. It's bright, sweet, mildly floral with a touch of citrus. It doesn't have the "soapy" flavor of some other varieties. Butter is the vehicle for flavor, and that includes lavender. Buttery shortbread, snickerdoodles, pies... all perfect for experiencing the flavor of lavender. It also plays nicely with berries, stone fruits, and fresh figs. And chocolate. Of course, it goes with chocolate.
